So I came across this news story that covered the story in FF XIV so far. I myself who didn't play FF XIV found this realy interesting. Having that ARR takes place 5 years after the original 14 I think it could be fun to read up on the lore.

I played 1.0 for the first month or so and came back nearer the end to see the changes, but never got to experience the full story. I've just finished watching all of these now, feels so much better understanding everything now, especially that awesome End of an Era trailer!
